Standard issue for U.S. military personnel around the globe, ChemLights leave dollar store glow sticks in the dark. When the Navy has a man overboard, they reach for a ChemLight to mark his location. When a downed Air Force pilot needs to mark his position for extraction, it’s the ChemLight brand he trusts.
These high intensity versions ultra-provide bright, reliable, 360-degree illumination for 30 minutes before slowly diminishing in brightness over the course of hours. With HI ChemLights, you’ll have no problem illuminating small rooms, passages, trails and camps with just a single stick. ChemLight is waterproof, non-toxic and non-flammable. The light stick has a hook and gate top which keeps the light source secure whether you’re hanging, attaching or stringing them together. To activate, simply bend, snap and shake.
Each ChemLight measures 6” long, and there are 500 red sticks per pack. Each light stick is individually foil-wrapped for protection from light and moisture and boasts a four-year shelf life from date of manufacture. ChemLight meets Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency (NAMSA) specifications. National/NATO Stock Numbers (NSN) are printed on each product for reference.
